TAKING CARE OF OUR BODIES, MINDS AND SOULS AND PREVENTING PREVENTABLE DISORDERS.

WE WISH ALL OUR VISITORS A HEALTHY BODY, A HEALTHY MIND AND MATERIAL PROSPERITY.

Empowering People to earn a good living and on how to live their lives abundantly, to the fullest.

Man is a wholistic being made up of Body, Mind and Spirit. These are all inter-related. Whenever one of these components is unwell, that inevitably affects others. Whenever the body is not physically well, the mind and the spirit are also adversely affected and vice versa. Hence the importance of a balanced life.

This happens regardless of whether that individual believes in God the Creator or is an Evolutionist, who denies His very existence. Whether one is rich or poor. That is why some wealthy individuals and celebrities, who may be physically and mentally well and lack nothing that money can buy and this world offers, are drug or alcohol addicts. This is because they are missing something that their money can not buy. Peace of mind and contentment. Jesus said that man can not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds from God’s mouth.

Whenever some people feel under stress, they turn to heavy alcohol-drinking, recreation drugs, and chain-smoking. They do this in an attempt to fill an empty void that money can not satisfy. Christ said, The abundance of a person’s life does not depend on what he has.

Man is by nature, a worshipper of something supernatural. That is why human societies, old and modern have always had their many gods that they worship and sacrifice to. Many consult spiritual mediums, astrology, etc.

To a large extent, our state of physical, mental and spiritual health is in our hands, and not in the hands of health professionals. Good health of Body, Mind and and Soul should therefore always come first, though often neglected as people chase earthly riches and pleasure. Investing in good health is the best investment one can ever make. This will pay dividends as long as life shall last. That will enable you to live your life to its best.

Without good health and living in constant pain, even the richest person is poor, wretched and miserable. Incapacitated by illness, one may fail to work and earn wealth. Even if one does achieve that, he may not fully enjoy it to the utmost while suffering from pain and having many sleepless nights or at worst confined to a hospital bed or sectioned in a mental institution. That materially rich individual will spend some of that wealth on expensive treatments in an attempt to recover lost health. Ultimately Poor health can even shorten one’s life.

According to leading scientists, more than sixty per cent of disorders are diet and life-style related. That includes the major killers: cancers, circulatory and respiratory diseases, to name a few.

We do not wish this suffering to happen to you.

With that in view, we should jealously guard our health as we do our valuable business and personal valuable assets.

Let us get well and avoid preventable diseases as much as we are able to do so. Then, whether richer or poorer, we can enjoy quality life.
